As we continue to scale, we are looking for a skilled **GoHighLevel (GHL) Automation Specialist** to optimize and manage our marketing and patient communication systems.
**Position Overview**
The GHL Automation Specialist will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing automated workflows within GoHighLevel to support patient acquisition, retention, and internal operations. This role is idóneo for someone who is both technical and strategic, with experience in CRM automation, funnel building, and healthcare or service-based businesses.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, build, and optimize workflows, triggers, and automation within GoHighLevel
- Create and manage funnels, landing pages, forms, and surveys
- Integrate GHL with third-party tools (Zapier, Google Sheets, EMR systems, etc.)




- Monitor campaign performance and optimize conversion rates
- Maintain CRM data integrity and segmentation strategies
- Troubleshoot automation issues and ensure smooth system performance
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align automation with business goals
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience working with **GoHighLevel (GHL)** (required)
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, automation logic, and funnel design
- Experience with Zapier or similar integration tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience in healthcare or multi-location businesses is a plus
Pay: $17,859.00 - $26,788.50 per month
