Key Responsibilities:
- Review and categorize low-quality or “bad case” search results to support algorithm optimization.
- Analyze user search intent and requirements through data and direct feedback.
- Identify opportunities to improve search result quality and relevance.
- Detect potential trust and safety risks in search content.
- Document findings and provide recommendations for process and product improvements.
**Requirements**:
- 1+ year of experience in content evaluation, data labeling, or related fields.
- Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Strong ability to learn and navigate internal evaluation platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Strong understanding of internet culture, online trends, and digital behavior.
- Availability to work a full-time schedule (40 hours per week).
Preferred Qualifications:




- Experience in search-related or internet-related environments.
- Background in content moderation or user feedback operations.
- Active user of social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, or X.
