**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop 3D BIM models focused on electrical systems (power, lighting, systems, fire alarm etc.).
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (architectural, structural, and MEP).
- Support the development of load calculations, panel schedules, and electrical riser diagrams.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical-Electrical Engineering (Architecture will be considered only with strong MEP experience).
- 2+ years of experience in BIM modeling focused on electrical systems.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP) is required (Navisworks is a plus).
- Practical experience with electrical layouts, panelboards, circuits, and system coordination.
- Experience with load calculations, panel schedules, electrical riser diagrams, etc.
- Familiarity with Revit families for electrical components.
- English proficiency required (ability to communicate in technical contexts).




**What We Offer**:
