**Job Summary**:
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Senior Process Engineer (Mechanical Assembly)**located in **Guadalajara, North Campus.**
Reporting to the **Process Engineer Manager,** this role involves responsibilities for process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to support a PCBA manufacturing organization.
**What a typical day looks like**:
- Develop mechanical assembly processes capable of ensuring stability, capacity, and continuous improvement.
- Implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability.
- Prepare justification, purchase and implement capital equipment for production.
- Develop, implement and take ownership of process control methodologies
- Hold up the raising and introduction of engineering change orders (ECOs).




- Interface with production of all activities associated with new process implementation and transfer.
- Process development and optimization

- Hold up and oversee new process equipment production.
**Experience we’re looking to add to our team**:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Typically requires 4 years of experience in engineering in the high technology electronics industry or related area.
- Experience in mechanical assembly / electronics processes
- Technical knowledge (intelligent torque tools, PLCs, liquid cooling, pneumatics, poka‑yoke, maintenance)
- Advanced English.
