**Position Type: Part Time**
**Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour**

**What You'll Do**:
- Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions taken according to site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floor areas, entrances, exits, stockroom corridors, parking areas,



and the exterior perimeter.
- Monitor for unauthorized activity, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations, and help to deter theft, trespassing, and other unwanted activity through visible presence and timely reporting.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
