To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Training Specialist**located in **Guadalajara South.**
Reporting to the **Operations Training Manager**, the **Training Specialist’s**role involves:
**What a typical day looks like**:
- Participates in needs analysis studies to determine training needs within organization.
- Confers with management to gain knowledge of specific work situations requiring employees to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations and technologies.
- Formulates teaching outline and determines instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings and workshops.
- Selects or develops teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials and reference works.




- Selects or develops testing and evaluation procedures to be used at completion of training.
**The experience we’re looking to add to our team**:
- Intermediate English.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Conducts training sessions covering specified areas such as new employee orientation, on-the-job training, use of computers and software, apprenticeship programs, customer service, sales techniques, health and safety practices, public relations, refresher training, promotional development, upgrading and leadership development.
- Evaluates participants to measure progress and to ascertain effectiveness of training.
- Reports on progress of employees under guidance during training periods.
- Revises design of training curriculum and methods to improve effectiveness.
