**Job Summary**:
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add an EH&S; Engineer to join our Flex team located in **North Guadalajara.**
Reporting to the EH&S; Manager, the EH&S; Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and following up on the company’s environmental programs and policies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
**How a typical day looks like**:
- Management of inspections, preparation of formal communications, and coordination with government authorities.
- Identification, evaluation, and continuous monitoring of compliance with Mexican regulatory requirements.




- Control and safeguarding of the site’s EHS legal information.
**The experience we are looking to add to our team**:
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental law or related field.
- Related experience in EH&S; or in a similar position.
- Knowledge of related regulations, codes, and guidelines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to manage documentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 and legal compliance.
