We’re hiring a **full-time Back Office & Customer Service Representative** to support operations for a reputable and growing **U.S.based construction company**—100% remotely.
**This is not a call center role.** **No sales. No telemarketing. No back-to-back calls.**

**REHAB Construction** is a fully licensed and insured roofing company with operations in Missouri. We value structure, accountability, and teamwork—and we treat our remote team members as core contributors, not numbers.
**The Position**
This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth communication between homeowners, insurance companies, and internal departments. You’ll be responsible for keeping projects organized, documented, and moving forward efficiently.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and insurance companies regarding job status, documentation, and next steps
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, estimating, sales, administration) to ensure timely execution of tasks
- Maintain complete and accurate job files, including required documents, photos, and supporting evidence
- Provide consistent updates to homeowners throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage invoicing and follow up on customer payments
- Ensure processes are followed and potential issues are identified early

- Jobs are properly documented and up to date
- Homeowners feel informed and supported
- Internal teams receive clear, timely information
- Payments and paperwork are completed without delays
**Desired skills/experience**:
- **Advanced English level (C1 or higher)** - written and spoken




- Experience in **customer-facing or administrative roles**:
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities remotely
**Nice to Have**
- Experience in roofing or construction (strongly preferred)
- College degree
- Experience working with insurance-related documentation
**Schedule**:
- Monday to Friday - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Central U.S. Time)
