Do you have an excellent level of English and Portuguese?
This opportunity is for you!
We are looking for Trilingual Service Desk Agents to provide support and assistance to our clients.
**What do you need to apply?
**
- Advanced English and Portuguese (essential)
- Experience in IT technical support (desirable, but not essential)
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone
- Experience with a strong focus on customer service
**Responsibilities**




- Address inquiries and provide assistance to our clients' employees
- Communication via calls, chat, and/or messages
- This is NOT a sales position
**What we offer**
- $130 MXN per hour
- 5% savings fund
- 12 days of vacation from the first year
- 25% vacation bonus

- Thursday and Friday day off
**Available schedules**:22:00 PM to 06:00 AM at the Reforma offices in CDMX
