Demand Planner / Demand Planning familiar with planning systems.
Comfortable working across teams (Commercial, Purchasing, Operations).
Business-minded, with an understanding of financial and profitability metrics.
Good communication skills and comfortable working with different stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strategic thinking.
Intermediate English (able to read technical content and communicate with international brands) Forecast accuracy (MAPE, BIAS, and MAD metrics) Knowledge of inventory management: min/max levels, safety stock, reorder point, and EOQ (Economic Order Quantity).
