ABOUT THE POSITION Assists the Program Management Team to ensure the accurate capture, analysis, and maintenance of customer demand requirements within the organization's planning systems, enabling effective production planning, material availability, and on-time delivery performance while supporting customer satisfaction and business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES Receive, review, and analyze customer forecasts, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
Enter and maintain customer demand information in ERP/MRP systems.
Monitor customer portals to ensure demand data accuracy.
Analyze forecast variations and demand trends.
Communicate demand changes and potential impacts to Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Program Management teams.
Participate in demand review meetings with customers and internal stakeholders.
Identify risks related to demand fluctuations, capacity constraints, and material shortages.
Generate demand reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
