POSITION SUMMARY The Vice President, Operations automotive experience preferred.
Ability to make strategic decisions that affect the business unit's performance and future direction.
Strong strategic planning, verbal and written communication, and executive presentation skills.
Ability to travel internationally, estimated at 50%.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in engineering, another technical discipline, or business management required; master's degree or MBA preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of executive-level manufacturing experience and 8 years of production and materials management experience.
Automotive experience required.
SAP experience preferred.
