**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provides direction, support, and resources to individuals and teams.
- Communicates company policies and objectives and fosters two-way communication.
- Ensures individuals and teams meet customer requirements and expectations
- Establishes and maintains effective communication.
- Supports company policies and objectives and promote a union free environment.
- Communicate to customers any changes made in the planning and/or commitments related to present open orders.Schedule all present priorities to the shop floor associates and follow up through completion
**HABILITIES**:




- Conocimiento en ERP (Oracle, SAP, AX,etc)
- Conocimiento en herramientas de manufactura como: 8D ́s, S&OP;, SIOP, Continues Improvement
- Conocimiento en metricos o KPI ́s: Productividad, Entregas a tiempo (PDSL - Promise devlivery schedule level, CRD - Customer Request Date, SSD - Shipment Schedule Delivery).
- Conocimiento e implementación de Seguridad (JSA).
- Resistente seguimiento y conocimientos a 5 ́s.Conocimiento de sistema operativos.
- **QUALIFICATIONS**
- 3- 5 years combined experienced supervisor in the present line of work.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
