VMware Platform Analyst

As part of our Infrastructure and Platforms team, you will help support and enhance VMware environments, Windows servers, and storage solutions. In this role, you will contribute to maintaining the reliability, security, and performance of the organization's technology infrastructure while participating in improvement initiatives and innovation projects.
How a day to day would look like in this role:




Manage and optimize VMware platforms and Windows Server environments to ensure service stability and availability.
Configure and support NAS and SAN storage solutions, ensuring optimal performance and capacity management.
Monitor technology infrastructure, identifying improvement opportunities and mitigating operational risks.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities across servers, storage platforms, and virtualized environments.
Implement security controls, backup processes, and access management practices to protect critical systems and information.
Provide advanced support and collaborate with other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents and technical issues.
