Salesforce Technical Lead – Agentforce & Data Cloud
Location: Mexico City (Hybrid 1 or 2 days per week or month)

Role Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Developer / Technical Lead with strong expertise in
Agentforce, Salesforce Data Cloud, Apex, and LWC
. The role combines deep technical delivery with leadership, owning solution design, code quality, and end-to-end implementation of AI-enabled Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical design, development, and code reviews for Salesforce solutions.
Build and implement
Agentforce AI agents, prompts, grounding, RAG, and custom agent actions
.
Design and deliver
Salesforce Data Cloud
solutions, including ingestion, modeling, and activation.
Develop high-quality solutions using
Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Flows
.
Own delivery across the full SDLC, including design, build, test, deployment, and production support.
Mentor developers and enforce Salesforce best practices, security,



and performance standards.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with
Apex, LWC, and the Salesforce Core Platform
.
Proven experience implementing
Agentforce
in real business use cases.
Practical experience with
Salesforce Data Cloud
in enterprise environments.
Experience as a
Technical Lead
, including design ownership, code reviews, and team guidance.
Comfortable working in
Agile delivery models
.
Required Salesforce Certifications
Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist
Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
Preferred / Nice to Have
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
JavaScript Developer I
Integration experience with
