Retail experience (minimum 5 year in a similar position)
Full-time availability from Monday to Sunday, with two days off per week
Leadership skills (experience managing work teams)
KPI management
Results-oriented, with a focus on achieving sales targets
Excellent leadership and team management skills}
Commission scheme starting at 85% attainment of the sales budget target.
