Responsibilities
Architect, develop, test, and maintain .NET services, RESTful APIs, and background workers.
Deploy, configure, and operate services in Kubernetes on Microsoft Azure, including resource management, scaling, and observability.
Design and document reliable, performant, and maintainable service architectures and inter-service communication.
Collaborate with architects, product managers, and DevOps teams on roadmaps, API contracts, and technical decisions.
Conduct code and design reviews covering distributed systems, security, and software quality.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
Use AI-driven development tools and coding agents to improve delivery and engineering productivity.
Mentor engineering peers and support continuous technical improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience focused on .NET and C#.
Production experience designing and building RESTful APIs and background services.
Hands-on Kubernetes experience, including writing manifests, managing workloads,
and troubleshooting cluster issues.
Proficiency with Microsoft Azure, Azure-native services, cloud-native deployment models, and infrastructure practices.
Strong understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems design, and inter-service communication patterns.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills in an Agile team environment.
Preferred experience with AI coding agents such as Claude, Codex, or Cursor.
Preferred experience with Terraform for provisioning and managing Azure resources.
Preferred familiarity with Datadog or Grafana, structured logging, and distributed tracing.
