We are seeking a highly driven Business Process Excellence Manager to lead the implementation of strategic customer solutions across our Air & Ocean business and other logistics service offerings. This role is critical in ensuring the successful transition of new business opportunities into scalable, efficient, and customer-centric operations.
The idóneo candidate is an experienced project and implementation leader who thrives in fast-paced, international environments, excels at managing multiple simultaneous projects, and effectively influences stakeholders across functions, regions,
and organizational levels.
About the Role
As Business Process Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementation projects, from solution validation and project mobilization through go-live, stabilization, and operational handover.
You will partner closely with commercial, operations, product, and customer teams to ensure seamless implementation, risk mitigation, process standardization, and achievement of customer expectations and business objectives.
This is a highly visible position with significant exposure to regional and global stakeholders, offering the opportunity to directly contribute to CEVA's growth and operational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of new business opportunities across Air & Ocean and other logistics service lines.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring delivery against scope, timelines, quality standards, and budget requirements.
- Establish and execute implementation plans in accordance with CEVA's project management methodology.
- Coordinate global, regional, local, and customer resources to ensure effective and timely project execution.
- Actively manage stakeholder communication, providing regular updates on progress, risks, issues, milestones, and deliverables.
- Analyse operational requirements, identify process gaps and implementation risks,
and support the development of sustainable operational solutions.
- Partner with internal and customer stakeholders to prepare operations for successful execution.
- Support the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Drive process standardization, reporting capabilities, and operational consistency across multiple countries and functions.
- Lead Go-Live, Hypercare, and stabilization phases to ensure successful business integration and customer satisfaction.
- Identify, escalate, and mitigate project and operational risks in a proactive manner.
- Facilitate smooth transition and handover of governance and execution responsibilities to operational teams.
Required qualifications
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience managing logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding implementation projects.
- Highly agile professional with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Deep understanding of international transportation, freight forwarding, Air & Ocean operations, and supply chain processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional and multicultural stakeholder environments.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship management skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Preferred
- Experience within global logistics or freight forwarding organizations.
- Exposure to large-scale, multi-country implementations.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and change management practices.
- Understanding of logistics-related technology platforms and operational systems.
