-English level B2+

-At least 1 year of experience in a Healthcare Contact Center, including experience in areas such as:

- Health Insurance

- Collections

- Appointment Scheduling

- Customer Service
- Other healthcare-related processes

Monthly salary: $19,500 – $20,000 MXN, depending on experience. If you have strong English communication skills and experience working with healthcare-related processes, we want to hear from you!
