SALARY USD: $44K ANNUAL PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR RESUME IN ENGLISH About the Role We're looking for an experienced Ecommerce Brand Manager to take full ownership a pet DTC brand built around continuous new color and pattern releases to drive repeat purchase. This is an end to end ownership role, you are accountable for the brand's overall performance across every channel and lever, not just one discipline. You will direct a shared in-house PPC manager and a shared email specialist, coordinate with our Shopify manager, and work closely with our Product & Wholesale Manager on new release timing. About Us We are a multi brand, DTC first pet products company. This brand is our single purchase brand, selling primarily through Amazon and TikTok, with Shopify as a secondary channel, and it depends on a steady cadence of new product releases and strong repeat purchase mechanics to drive revenue. What You'll Do Own overall performance and strategy for the brand across every channel, treating acquisition, conversion,



and repeat purchase as one connected system rather than separate problems Direct the in-house PPC manager's work across Meta and Google for this brand, reviewing performance against KPIs and adjusting strategy as needed Own the relationship with our Amazon and Chewy PPC agencies for this brand, holding them accountable to results Own the strategy and roadmap for landing page testing and website conversion rate optimization, coordinating execution with our Shopify manager Own repeat purchase and retention strategy, working closely with the shared email specialist to build email programs that convert one time buyers into repeat customers, addressing a specific known gap in how email has been used for this brand historically Coordinate with the affiliate coordinator and creator coordinators to make sure the brand is doing everything it can to maximize impressions and reach across social platforms Coordinate with our social media team to make sure organic content, posting
