The Challenge As our Head of Data Science , you will build and lead the Data Science function, define its strategy and capabilities, and ensure that data science, machine learning, and AI initiatives deliver measurable business impact. You will work closely with Product, Technology, Risk, Finance, and Business teams , influencing strategic decisions and helping take our data capabilities to the next level.
Key Responsibilities Define and execute the Data Science strategy aligned with business objectives. Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Data Science team. Identify opportunities where Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI can generate meaningful business impact.
