We are looking for a Customer Success Representative to support customers across Mexico and South America , serving as the primary point of contact throughout the order lifecycle—from order entry to successful delivery. What you'll do Build strong relationships with approximately 20 assigned customer accounts . Manage customer orders with high accuracy while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Coordinate closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Inventory Planning to ensure on-time fulfillment. Provide product information, pricing support and order status updates. Resolve customer inquiries, delivery issues and billing-related questions.



Monitor inventory availability and proactively communicate supply updates. Maintain accurate customer and order information within SAP . Support the sales team by identifying opportunities and contributing to pipeline generation (no hunting or quota-carrying responsibilities). Ensure service excellence while meeting established response-time KPIs. Success in this role means Responding to customer requests within 12 hours . Processing and attending customer orders within 24 hours . Maintaining 99% data entry accuracy . Delivering an outstanding customer experience across every interaction. What we're looking for 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, Order Management, Inside Sales Support or Sales Operations within a B2B manufacturing or industrial environment .
