As a Controls Engineer, you will provide technical support for manufacturing operations through automation, electrical controls, and process improvement initiatives. This role is focused on improving equipment performance, supporting production and maintenance teams, and leading controls-related activities for capital and continuous improvement projects.
You will also help ensure reliable operation of plant control systems and contribute to standardization and long-term equipment strategies. Support manufacturing operations with expertise in PLCs, HMIs, drives, sensors, and electrical control system Lead and support controls-related activities for process improvement, cost reduction, and capital projects Develop and maintain control architectures, electrical documentation, and system integration requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field ~2 to 4 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial automation environments ~ Experience programming PLCs such as Allen-Bradley, ControlLogix, Siemens S7, or similar platforms ~ Strong understanding of electrical schematics, control systems integration, drives, sensors,

Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry.This segment is classified into two main product groupings – carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.
