? We're Hiring: Foreign Trade & Customs Compliance

Ultimate Solar Advanced Technology is looking for an experienced professional to lead our foreign trade and customs compliance operations, with a strong focus on USMCA compliance for our photovoltaic exports to the United States.

Key Activities:

- Coordinate customs clearance for import/export shipments with customs brokers and Mexican/U.S. authorities.
- Review and validate customs declarations, tariff classifications (HTS/TIGIE), and shipping documentation.
- Interpret and apply USMCA rules of origin, ensuring solar cells and photovoltaic products qualify for preferential (zero) tariff treatment when exported to the U.S.
- Prepare and validate origin certifications and traceability documentation required for U.S. exports.
- Monitor sensitive trade regulations (ADD/CVD, Section 201/301) applicable to photovoltaic products.




- Coordinate supply chain traceability systems in compliance with UFLPA and other international labor regulations.
- Manage and oversee the IMMEX program: inventory control, returns, transfers, cancellations, and Annex 24.
- Act as the main liaison with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government authorities (SAT, SE, IMSS, CBP).
- Train internal teams on customs compliance, foreign trade procedures, and risk management.

Key Requirements: ? Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Law, Accounting, or related field.

? 3–4 years of experience in customs operations, foreign trade, or regulatory compliance.

? Advanced English + native/fluent Spanish.

? Hands-on experience with USMCA rules of origin; IMMEX experience highly desirable.

? Knowledge of VUCEM, DODA, SAAI, Annex 24, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).

? Experience in the photovoltaic or manufacturing sector is a plus.
