PROGRAM MANAGER | AUTOMOTIVE
Pasubio Mexico is looking for a new Program Manager
to lead the development and industrialization of new automotive programs, from customer requirements and feasibility assessment through to a successful
Start of Production (SOP)
. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the program, connect the customer with our internal organization and drive cross-functional teams toward a common goal:
launching the right product, at the right quality, on time and within budget.
As Program Manager, you will: Lead new product development and industrialization projects from quotation and feasibility analysis through Start Of Production. Act as the
point of contact for the customer
, ensuring alignment on technical requirements, milestones, timing and deliverables. work with cross-functional teams across
Engineering, Industrialization, Operations, Quality, Purchasing, Supply Chain and Production
. Build and manage project plans, timelines, risks, mitigation actions and escalation processes. Lead internal project reviews and customer progress meetings, ensuring clear communication and timely decision-making. Translate customer specifications into robust manufacturing and industrialization requirements. Support technical problem-solving during development, validation and launch. organize prototype builds, validation activities,
pre-production trials and production readiness. Ensure compliance with
customer-specific requirements, IATF standards and automotive quality processes

We are looking for a professional with a strong understanding of
automotive manufacturing, product development and industrialization
, combined with the ability to lead projects and work effectively with demanding automotive customers. You should bring: Minimum 3 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Industrialization or Product Development within the automotive manufacturing industry. Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Automotive, Materials Engineering or a related field. Solid knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC and IMDS. Good understanding of IATF requirements and automotive customer-specific requirements. Strong project planning, execution and cross-functional coordination skills. Analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem solving. A proactive, accountable and results-driven mindset. Strong communication and customer management capabilities. Advanced English. Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP. Experience in
automotive leather, interior trim, cut parts or soft materials manufacturing
will be considered a strong plus.
