About the role

We’re Hiring | Junior Accounts Payable Analyst / Junior Accountant

Are you an Accounts Payable or Finance professional looking for your next opportunity? We’re looking for a Junior AP professional to join a dynamic team supporting Americas operations.

What you’ll do

- Support Accounts Payable and P2P processes
- Manage invoices, vendor interactions, payments and reconciliations
- Support escalations and resolve transaction-related issues
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
- Analyze AP data, trends and performance metrics
- Support financial controls, compliance and month-end close activities
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement and other stakeholders

What we’re looking for





• Bachelor’s degree completed in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field

- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or accounting operations
- Experience with invoices, vendors, payments and reconciliations
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Understanding of financial controls and accounting principles
- Advanced English – C1 level, written and verbal
- Experience in P2P / Shared Services is a plus
- Oracle Cloud AP, Power BI or Tableau are desirable

Location: Mexico City – Reforma, near Diana Cazadora

Work model: Hybrid (no fully remote option)

Scope: Americas / Regional Operations
