Key Responsibilities

1.Assist the Regional Manager in the execution and on-site coordination of trade shows, customer events, and training sessions.

2.Manage event materials and marketing collateral (including booths/stands, samples, giveaways, posters, etc.), liaise with local suppliers, and ensure timely delivery.

3.Support on-site setup, customer reception, registration, and agenda follow-up to ensure smooth event operations.

4.Collect customer feedback and potential business leads during events and organize and input them into the CRM system.

5.Capture and organize on-site photos and videos for subsequent social media promotion and marketing content creation.

6.Continuously monitor and update local market trends and competitive intelligence; prepare periodic summaries and reports.





7.Assist with local social media content posting and participate in post-event reviews and performance analysis.

Qualifications

1.Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields preferred. Experience in energy, technology, or industrial exhibitions/events is a plus.

2.1–3 years of experience in marketing events, sales support, or related roles, with proven hands-on experience in offline event execution.

3.Strong communication, coordination, project management, and time management skills.

4.Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint; experience with CRM systems preferred (Zoho is a plus).

5.Basic photography or design skills, with the ability to independently produce simple marketing materials, are preferred.

6.Fluent in English as a working language; proficiency in the local language is priority.

7.Highly responsible, execution-oriented, and able to accommodate short-term business travel.
