o9 IBP Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced o9 / IBP Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Supply Chain Planning, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and S&OP; .

The idóneo candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and configuring o9 Solutions / o9 Digital Brain and the ability to translate business planning requirements into effective system configurations and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define, configure, and optimize Supply Planning and IBP/S&OP; workflows in o9
- Support Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP; processes
- Configure o9 modules, parameters, business rules, and planning models
- Support constraint management and scenario modeling
- Conduct workshops and discovery sessions with business stakeholders
- Translate planning requirements into functional specifications and system configurations
- Validate forecasts, planning outputs, and recommendations
- Lead or support SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover, and production deployments
- Provide user training and change management support
- Support planning governance, KPIs, and continuous improvement

Required Experience:

- 5+ years in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning,



Supply Planning, IBP, or S&OP;
- Hands-on experience with o9 Solutions / o9 Digital Brain
- Experience configuring o9 planning modules and workflows
- Strong understanding of:
- Demand forecasting
- Supply planning
- Inventory optimization
- Capacity planning
- Supply-demand balancing
- S&OP; / IBP
- Knowledge of planning models, constraints, and business rules
- Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle
- Requirements gathering and functional specification experience
- SIT/UAT and production support
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to have:

- o9 certification or advanced training
- Large enterprise o9 implementation experience
- Advanced planning / optimization experience
- Statistical forecasting knowledge
- PMP / PRINCE2 or project management experience
- Manufacturing, Retail, Pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry experience
