REQ 37835- Product Manager - Experience: 10+ years Role Summary We are looking for a Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise platforms. The role requires strong product management, Agile delivery, stakeholder engagement, and technical understanding of cloud-native applications.

Key Responsibilities • Define product vision, roadmap, priorities, and release plans.

- Translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, and measurable outcomes.
- Own backlog refinement, prioritization, MVP scope, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with engineering, architecture, QA, operations, and business teams.
- Manage delivery risks, dependencies, quality gates, and release governance.
- Track product and delivery metrics such as lead time, cycle time, defects, and MTTR.
- Drive continuous improvement using Agile, DevOps, automation, and AI-assisted tools.
- Present roadmap, delivery health, and product updates to senior stakeholders.

Required Skills • 10+ years in product management, product delivery,



or software development.

- Strong experience in product lifecycle and roadmap management.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, CI/CD, cloud, and microservices.
- GenAI, AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Copilot technologies, and machine learning services • Strong stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience working with integral, cross-functional teams. Preferred • Experience in financial services or enterprise platforms.
- Product Owner, Scrum, or SAFe certification.
- Exposure to Generative AI and AI-assisted product workflows.
