- 4. Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly defined.




- Provide guidance, support, and direction to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide team members on SAP best practices and project management methodologies.
- - ? Required Qualifications & Skills
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, PMP) are advantageous.
- Experience: Minimum of 9 years in finance or accounting, with significant experience in SAP FICO implementations and project management.
- Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules (FI, CO, COPA, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Treasury, etc.). Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
- Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage large-scale projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Communication & Leadership: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong leadership abilities to manage teams and engage stakeholders effectively.

- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
