We are looking for a Tech Project Manager to lead and coordinate technology projects from planning through delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.

This person will act as a key connection between clients, technical teams, creative teams, and internal stakeholders , ensuring clear communication, efficient execution, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead technology projects from initiation through implementation and final delivery.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, and priorities.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across technology, product, design, creative, and other areas.
- Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, dependencies, and risks.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or roadblocks.
- Lead kick-off meetings, status meetings, planning sessions, and project reviews.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients and internal and external stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable tasks for technical teams.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and develop appropriate action plans.
- Ensure deliverables meet project requirements, objectives, and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project status reports, updates, and key performance indicators.
- Manage scope changes and shifting priorities, assessing their impact on timelines, resources, and budget.
- Work using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies .
- Coordinate QA, testing, implementation, and delivery processes when required.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including requirements, decisions, timelines, and project updates.
- Promote collaboration, accountability,



and continuous improvement across project teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management , or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience managing technology or digital projects.
- Experience working with technical and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, ClickUp , or similar platforms.
- Experience managing timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholders.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into clear business objectives and action plans.
- Experience working with internal and/or external clients.
- Advanced English (B2/C1) – mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, multicultural, and international environment.
