About the Role

We’re a Pennsylvania-based real estate team looking for a remote Lead Manager to own our CRM database and follow-up operation. You’ll be the first voice most of our leads hear and the reason our agents walk into appointments already warm.

Schedule: 20 hours per week — Monday through Friday, 9:00–11:00 AM and 6:00–8:00 PM US Eastern Time. These are our highest-contact windows, so consistency matters.

What You’ll Do

- Maintain and organize all leads in our CRM (Lofty) — accurate tags, stages, and contact records
- Own every follow-up sequence from first touch through long-term nurture
- Call leads on their proper timelines and cadences
- Write clear, detailed notes on every conversation so our agents know exactly what they’re walking into
- Hand off warm and hot opportunities to our realtor team through our internal communication channels
- Make cold dials on lists as they are provided
- Show up coachable — regular role play and call review are part of this job, not an add-on

What You Need
- Strong phone presence — you’re comfortable talking to strangers and staying on the line through resistance




- Strong spoken and written English
- Strong organizational habits — you don’t let records go stale or notes go unwritten
- Availability for the full split schedule above, consistently
- Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and a headset
- Prior real estate, ISA, sales, or call center experience preferred but not required

Compensation
- Base salary: $500 USD per month
- $200 USD bonus for each closed opportunity — defined as a lead you passed to our realtor team that results in a completed, funded real estate transaction. Typical timeline from handoff to closing is 60–90 days.
- Bonus paid within 30 days of the transaction closing
- Paid monthly via Payoneer
- Independent contractor agreement
