? We’re Hiring: Senior Full Stack Engineer (.NET, Python & AI)

We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help build and maintain the systems that power our business, including internal automation tools, client-facing web applications, and the data platform that supports them.

This is an opportunity for an engineer who enjoys working across the entire stack, moving between technologies, solving complex problems, and having a direct impact on technical decisions. You'll collaborate closely with engineering leadership and contribute to solutions that are actively used by both internal teams and external clients.

Monday to Friday | 8:00 am – 5:00 pm / 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST

? Role Overview

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you'll work across front-end, back-end, and data platforms, supporting multiple projects while helping shape technical decisions and development practices.

You'll contribute to modern applications built with Python, C#/.NET, React, Angular, Azure, SQL, Snowflake, and AI-powered development workflows , while ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.

? What You'll Do

AI-Augmented Development

- Leverage AI tools throughout the software development lifecycle for coding, analysis, debugging, QA, and problem-solving.
- Utilize modern AI-assisted development platforms and workflows to improve productivity and engineering efficiency.
- Maintain full ownership and accountability for all delivered solutions.

Full-Stack Development

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Python, C#/.NET, React, Next.js, Angular, SQL, and Azure .




- Build and support internal automation tools and client-facing web applications.
- Develop high-quality user experiences with a strong focus on usability and UI/UX

Data Platform & Integrations

- Support and enhance data warehouse solutions and data pipelines.
- Troubleshoot data quality issues and platform failures across multiple systems.
- Contribute to scalable data-driven solutions and integrations.

Troubleshooting & System Support

- Investigate complex issues across front-end, back-end, databases, and data platforms.
- Analyze existing systems to identify root causes and implement long-term solutions.
- Support production environments and communicate effectively throughout issue resolution.

✅ What We’re Looking For

- 5–8 years of professional software development experience
- Strong full-stack development experience with:
- C# / .NET
- Python
- React / Next.js
- Angular
- SQL
- Azure
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting capabilities across existing systems and legacy codebases.
- Solid understanding of web security concepts and secure development practices.
- Demonstrated ability to build intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools as part of daily engineering workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a fully remote. Environment.
- Self-directed, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple technologies and projects simultaneously.

? Compensation: 44,000 – 53,000 MXN + law benefits (Payroll)

55,000 – 65,000 MXN + benefits (Contractor)
