Requirements

• Required – Technical Skills

· MSE in SAP PP, QM, PM (Plant Maintenance), MM modules.

· Strong knowledge of end-to-end SAP processes

· At least 10 SAP implementation projects.

· 10+ years of experience in Information Technology.

· 10+ years of experience with SAP ERP.

· Experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA GROW, SAP S/4HANA RISE.

· Team management experience with 5+ direct reports.

· Experience in implementation projects with 15+ team members.

· Experience in SAP solution architecture and integration.

· Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.

· Risk management, risk identification, mitigation plans, contingency plans.

· Resource management, performance tracking, feedback, conflict management, change management.

· Experience conducting workshops with key users, technical teams, business areas

• Responsibilities (Activities to perform)

· Coordinate with SAP pursuit teams to generate business value proposals and digital transformation journeys.

· Coordinate SAP consultants during implementation projects.

· Lead workshops for solution transformation sessions, process discovery, explore phase, work out sessions.

· Align business needs with SAP capabilities.

· Conduct assessments.

· Participate in solution design for RFx responses.

· Gather requirements, perform analysis, estimation, solution documentation.

· Mentor and coach team members within the specialty.

· Work with Practice Managers, Project Managers, Competence Leaders on SAP implementation activities.

· Coordinate with Operations for Statement of Work (SoW) creation.

· Provide leadership in ERP technical strategy definition for manufacturing projects.

· Support implementations, rollouts, upgrades.

· Attend solution validation and review sessions with PMOs, Account Directors, Practice Managers, Competence Leaders, project stakeholders
