At Condé Nast México & Latinoamérica, we are looking for a Sr. Analyst, Global Analytics to join our Global Analytics team. This is a global role focused on analyzing the digital site performance of Condé Nast brands across markets and providing insights that help inform content, audience and business strategies.
This position will be responsible for leveraging global digital data to develop recurring reporting, analyze audience behavior and content performance, and transform complex data into actionable insights for leadership, editorial and cross-functional teams. The role will also have the opportunity to conduct ad hoc and exploratory analyses that provide a deeper understanding of digital content, audiences and industry trends.
We are looking for an analytical, proactive and curious individual with a strong quantitative skill set and an understanding of the digital media ecosystem. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working collaboratively across different departments in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to translate complex analyses into clear recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
What will you do?
- Leverage global digital data to create and enhance recurring weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on traffic and key performance indicators for leadership, editorial and cross-functional teams across the organization.
- Conduct content analysis to help guide cross-market content strategies for editorial teams across different regions.
- Gather,
analyze and visualize industry and competitive data to help identify trends and opportunities while providing insights that support Commercial teams.
- Analyze data from multiple distribution sources, including Social, SEO and Email, to build an integrated understanding of audiences, their behaviors, needs and interests.
- Support ad hoc data requests from editorial, sales, product and other cross-functional teams, developing analyses that address specific business needs.
- Conduct analyses and audits of social channels to evaluate performance and identify content and audience insights for general teams.
- Partner with Global Audience Development leads across different regions to analyze organic growth opportunities and develop insights that help increase traffic, engagement and overall performance.
- Monitor and report daily on company KPI pacing and brand performance for Architectural Digest across global markets.
- Translate analyses and reports into clear, documented insights and recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Participate in weekly, monthly and other analytics meetings to share insights, performance updates and strategic recommendations.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in a quantitative, analytical or related role.
- Experience working with digital data, web analytics and audience insights, ideally within the media or digital content industry.
- Hands-on experience with reporting and analysis using major web analytics or data tools such as Parsely, Databricks, Mode or similar platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets.
- Experience using SQL-based exploratory analytics tools.
- Ability to identify, interpret and communicate patterns and trends in audience and visitor behavior.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform complex data into clear and actionable insights.
- Ability to clearly articulate and present data findings to both creative and technical teams.
- Passion for new media, technology and the evolving digital ecosystem, with a strong curiosity and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work proactively and independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple analyses and priorities simultaneously.
