About the Role

The Molding Team Leader must keep track of the indicators of: Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost. Follow HPS philosophy. Produce defect-free parts, avoiding waste and respecting the correct and safe flow.

What You Will Do
- Review the production models that will run during the day.
- Comply with quality, scheduling,



and production. Units per hour (UPH).
- Establish multidisciplinary teams for continuous improvement.
- Identify and implement improvements to reduce waste
- Tracking Waste Metrics by Area
- Implement the quality and environmental management systems implemented in the company.
- Supervise the team's activities.
- Ensure that SAA and SC requirements are established, performed and maintained in accordance with ISO 14001 and IATF 16949.
- Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through established communication channels.
- Satisfy the customers’ needs in the activities in accordance with the requirements of the Quality System and know and understand the concepts of SQDC.
- Participates in and provides support related to the management of quality systems and EHSS, as well as their objectives, goals, and programs.
