Team Overview
The Financial Systems team within TransUnion’s Corporate Systems organization is responsible for supporting and enhancing integral financial applications and processes across APAC, Africa, India, the United Kingdom, Latin America, and North America. The team delivers high-quality, cost-effective solutions that improve operational efficiency, support key financial processes, and enable informed business decision-making. This role reports to the Senior Director, Business Analyst and plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability and effectiveness of TransUnion’s financial systems. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary functional and technical support analyst for the PeopleSoft Finance application, ensuring system stability, performance, and user satisfaction.




- Support and maintain PeopleSoft Finance modules including Record to Report (General Ledger, Asset Management, Project Costing), Procure to Pay (Purchasing and Accounts Payable), and Order to Cash (Order Management, Billing, Accounts Receivable).
- Partner with Finance stakeholders to analyze business challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and define requirements for new capabilities, enhancements, and process optimization initiatives.
- Manage and resolve user requests related to system navigation, batch processing, reporting, queries, table maintenance, and data management activities.
- Facilitate requirement gathering, documentation, and analysis to ensure business needs are accurately captured and translated into scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with Finance and Information Technology teams to prioritize initiatives and maintain project roadmaps that maximize business value.
