About The Role
We're looking for a hands-on
Lead QA Engineer
to drive the quality strategy for our Flutter mobile application. This is a player-coach role: you'll spend the majority of your time in the details — writing and reviewing test cases,
building automation, and shaping release plans — while providing technical leadership and coordination for the QA team. This is not a people-management role; you won't be building or managing a large reporting team. Instead, you'll set direction, unblock teammates, and lead by example through the quality of your own work.
You'll partner closely with engineering, product, and data teams to make sure every release meets a high bar for quality, is tested against the devices and conditions our users actually rely on, and ships with confidence.
What You'll Do
Technical & Team Leadership
- Act as the QA lead for the team — setting testing priorities, coordinating day-to-day work across QA engineers, and making sure efforts are aligned with release goals.
- Stay hands-on and embedded in the work itself; lead through doing, not delegating.
