Your role
- Ensure projects move efficiently through the system with visibility, prioritization, and operational discipline (workflow controller and lab coordinator)
- Coordinate the overall flow of projects by tracking progress, monitoring all active projects, updating project statuses,



managing timelines, ensuring workflow visibility, identifying delayed projects, detecting bottlenecks, monitoring workload distribution, and supporting project prioritization.
- Support operational planning by organizing weekly planning activities, providing visibility into workload and weekly execution plans, coordinating resources, managing laboratory occupancy and resource allocation for projects, overseeing product tastings, and ensuring customer deadlines are met.
- Provide administrative operational support by maintaining project information in the CX system, preparing monthly operational reports, and organizing technical documentation.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities by participating in and taking responsibility during RCT meetings, following up on customer requests, monitoring raw material availability, and tracking dependencies with other departments, including Flavor Developmen
