About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an experienced Real Estate Transaction Specialist to manage high-volume single-family real estate transactions from executed contract through closing.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with ownership across transaction coordination, contracts, title, closings, deadlines, and stakeholder communication.
You’ll manage 30–50 active transactions simultaneously, working with sellers, buyers, title companies, agents, and internal teams to keep every deal organized and moving toward closing.
What You’ll OwnTransaction Coordination & Closings
- Manage acquisitions and dispositions from contract to close
- Oversee 30–50 concurrent real estate transactions
- Track inspections, title updates, financing milestones, and closing dates
- Identify and resolve issues before they delay closing
- Maintain clear visibility across every active transaction
Contracts & Documentation
- Draft and manage purchase agreements, amendments, addenda, and closing documents
- Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and proper execution
- Manage e-signature workflows through Dropbox Sign (HelloSign) or similar platforms
- Maintain organized, audit-ready transaction files
Title & Closing Coordination
- Coordinate inspections, property access, title workflows, and closing logistics
- Work directly with title companies throughout the transaction
- Track and help resolve liens, title discrepancies, ownership issues, and curative items
- Ensure outstanding requirements are completed before closing
Deadline Management
- Track contingency periods, inspections, financing timelines, and closing dates
- Maintain a zero-miss approach to transaction deadlines
- Proactively flag bottlenecks and transaction risks
- Escalate issues quickly when intervention is required
