The Opportunity:
The Associate Manager for Indirect Procurement plays a key role in managing and optimizing the company's indirect spend to ensure cost efficiency, supplier performance, and alignment with business needs. This role oversees the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing and negotiation to supplier relationship management this position is responsible for developing strategic sourcing initiatives, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance with internal procurement policies and general standards.



The role requires strong analytical and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build productive relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers across the LATAM. The Associate Manager provides guidance, sets clear goals, monitors performance, and supports the professional development of team members to ensure operational excellence and growth within the function.

What Your Impact Will Be
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency gains.
- Contract administration – manage existing contracts, dispute resolution, changes, renewal, default.
