About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable
Customer Support Specialist
to support our daily installation and order management processes.

This role is focused on reviewing installation information, updating internal systems, validating work orders, and following up when information is incomplete. The idóneo candidate is organized, comfortable working with multiple systems, and able to communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities
- Review cabinet installations completed the previous day using the company ERP
- Prepare daily Installer Score Cards (ISC) summarizing installation results
- Review and compare purchase orders, installation plans, customer elevations, and production, delivery, and installation photos
- Identify missing or inconsistent information and contact installers directly by phone or text when clarification is needed
- Review customer and builder portals for upcoming installation dates and work order requirements
- Update internal systems with accurate scheduling and installation information




- Review work orders prepared by the Customer Service team
- Ensure work orders match customer notes, installation information, and supporting documentation
- Identify discrepancies and communicate corrections to the appropriate internal team members

Requirements
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Comfortable communicating by phone and text
- Ability to work independently and manage recurring daily tasks
- Comfortable working with ERP systems, online portals, and shared documentation
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in customer support, customer service, back-office operations, order management, administrative support, or a similar role
- Experience using ERP or CRM systems
- Experience reviewing purchase orders, work orders, schedules, or operational documentation is preferred
- Experience in construction,
