We are looking for a
Senior Associate – Finance Transformation & EPM
to join a leading consulting practice and support large-scale finance transformation initiatives for integral organizations.

This role is ideal for a finance transformation professional with strong consulting experience, hands-on exposure to
Financial ERP/EPM implementations
, and the ability to work directly with international stakeholders.

What you'll do
- Deliver end-to-end
Finance & Accounting Transformation
projects, from current-state assessment through future-state design and implementation.
- Support the development of
target operating models, transformation roadmaps and business cases
.
- Participate in the design and implementation of
Financial ERP and EPM solutions
, including platforms such as SAP, Oracle or Workday.
- Work across key finance processes such as
FP&A;, financial consolidation, cost accounting and financial reporting
.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions and support implementation.




- Apply data analytics and financial modeling to identify opportunities and support decision-making.
- Contribute to proposals and other business development initiatives.

What we're looking for
- 2+ years of consulting experience
, ideally within Finance Transformation, CFO Advisory or similar practices.
- Previous experience working with
Financial ERP and/or EPM implementations
.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes such as
FP&A;, consolidation and/or cost accounting
.
- Experience with
manufacturing environments or manufacturing costing
is highly valued.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience working with global organizations and/or US-based clients.
- Advanced English – C1 minimum.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
