About the role

We’re Hiring | Junior Accounts Payable Analyst / Junior Accountant

Are you an Accounts Payable or Finance professional looking for your next opportunity? We’re looking for a Junior AP professional to join a dynamic team supporting Americas operations.

What you’ll do:

• Support Accounts Payable and P2P processes

• Manage invoices, vendor interactions, payments and reconciliations

• Support escalations and resolve transaction-related issues

• Participate in process improvement initiatives

• Analyze AP data, trends and performance metrics

• Support financial controls, compliance and month-end close activities

• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement and other stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree




completed
in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field

•
2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or accounting operations

• Experience with invoices, vendors, payments and reconciliations

• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

• Understanding of financial controls and accounting principles

•
Advanced English – C1 level, written and verbal

• Experience in P2P / Shared Services is a plus

• Oracle Cloud AP, Power BI or Tableau are desirable

Location:
Mexico City – Reforma, near Diana Cazadora

Work model:
Hybrid (no fully remote option)
