The Role:

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations Manager to work at the intersection of our sales, procurement, and operations teams.

Your job is simple: help our sales reps better service their accounts and make sure the operational details behind each order get done right.

You’ll communicate directly with customers and our production partners, gather quotes and pricing, place purchase orders, track production and shipping timelines, and help move projects from quote to delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers and production partners on quotes, orders, timelines, and shipping
- Support sales reps in servicing and managing their accounts




- Place POs and track orders from production through delivery
- Manage order details, including pricing, specs, quantities, and timelines
- Proactively follow up and flag issues before they become problems
- Support quoting, procurement, fulfillment, and other operational needs

What we're looking for:
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Fast-moving, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
- Strong communicator with excellent follow-through
- Able to manage multiple projects without things falling through the cracks
- Comfortable working directly with customers and vendors
- Excited by a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
- Previous packaging, manufacturing, procurement, or supply chain experience is preferred, but not required
