What you'll do
- Follow up on import and export shipments.
- Preparation of invoices and digitization of import/export equipment documents.
- Maintain customs operations within legal compliance.




- Review and update part numbers in the inventory control system.
- Preparation of virtual invoices and presentation of export entries.
- Review and authorization of customs entries.
- Submission of information for tax reports.
- Submission of information for Annex 31 reports.
- Preparation of letters, invoices, and donation entries.
- Presentation of reports to customs authorities
- Request and submission of certificates of origin.
- Request for Data Stage security matrix from the authorities.
- Request for Rule Eight permits.
- Review and compliance with VAT and IEPS certification obligations.
- Other activities related to the position as assigned by the Area Superintendent.
