Qualifications

Impact if not fulfilled: Client integrations supporting integral ITSM/ITOM and CMDB/Discovery will face reliability and support gaps, increasing incidents, MTTR, and upgrade-related risks. Remaining staff would carry unsustainable load, risking SLA breaches and platform instability.

Rationale for Low-Cost Region Sourcing: Access to mature Client integration talent at a lower blended rate, enabling follow-the-sun support and leveraging established offshore teams.

Role Summary

The Lead Integrations Engineer owns design, build, reliability, and lifecycle management of integrations on client's Service Management Shared Platform (Client). The role ensures resilient, secure, and observable data flows between Client and adjacent platforms (ITOM, SecOps, APM/PPM, NGC, CMDB, GIF, and enterprise systems). You will lead complex integration delivery, reduce operational toil through automation, and provide production support aligned to ITIL practices and platform change cadences (e.g., major releases/upgrades).
