SKILLS:
- Experience supporting change management for ERP or technology-enabled business transformation programs – from design through to implementation and review
- Ability to design and execute role definitions, process designs, security authorization mappings, stakeholder management assessments, benefits cases, and communications strategies and deliverables
- Experience in identifying, analyzing, and communicating changes to work, process, personnel, and technology in a manner that facilitates smooth organizational transition to the new future state
- Proven experience delivering significant business benefits during successful SAP implementations




- Outstanding consulting and analytical skills
- A minimum of 5 years internal or external business consulting experience
- The ability to work at all levels within organizations
- Post-graduate business degree or equivalent experience
