Driver Operations Specialist (Remote – Mexico)

Tuesday – Saturday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST

Compensation

130 MXN per hour +10% quarterly incentive (independent contractor)

The Role

We’re hiring a Driver Operations Specialist to own the performance and coverage of our driver network.

This is a hands-on operations role — not admin. You’ll be responsible for making sure we always have the right drivers, in the right places, performing at a high level.

What You’ll Do

Manage driver supply: Ensure coverage across all markets (on-demand + routes)

Monitor performance: Track KPIs like acceptance rate, utilization, and reliability

Take action: Coach, activate, or remove drivers based on performance

Engage drivers: Be the go-to for issues, support, and retention





Partner with Dispatch: Adjust supply based on real-time demand patterns

Own onboarding & compliance: Get new drivers live quickly and correctly

What We’re Looking For

2+ years in operations, logistics, and/or gig economy environments

Experience managing contractors or distributed teams (gig model a plus)

Strong with data and KPIs — you make decisions based on numbers

Fast, practical decision-maker (you don’t wait around for perfect info)

Strong communicator

Nice to Have

Last-mile, courier, or on-demand logistics experience

Familiarity with TMS platforms (Dispatch Science is a plus)

Experience supporting U.S.-based operations
