Position Summary

As a
Strategy & Operations Consultant
to support strategic, operational, and transformation initiatives for U.S.-based healthcare clients. This role requires strong analytical skills, structured problem‑solving, and the ability to convert complex data into actionable recommendations.

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct financial, operational, and performance analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop analytical models and apply consulting frameworks (MECE, hypothesis-driven thinking, issue trees).
- Participate in end-to-end transformation projects, from diagnosis to implementation.
- Prepare and deliver executive-ready presentations and reports in English.
- Translate data insights into strategic recommendations.
- Manage deliverables, progress tracking, and workstream coordination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Mexico and the U.S.
- Maintain a high level of ownership, accountability, and professional ethics.

Who You Are:

Education & Experience:
- 2–3 years in consulting, business analysis, transformation, or related roles
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Eco
